Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. Your Impact on our Mission We are looking for a Principal/ Senior Staff Engineer, Experimentation Platform to elevate the systems that power trusted decision-making at Zocdoc. In this high-impact role, you will define platform standards, lead complex cross-domain initiatives, and shape the future of our analytics and data infrastructure. Your work will ensure our data ecosystem is secure, reliable, compliant, performant, and cost-efficient—enabling teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to move confidently with trusted insights. This is a senior individual contributor role open to remote candidates across the United States. You’ll enjoy this role if you are… Motivated by designing scalable data platforms that serve hundreds of stakeholders. Passionate about building clean, governed, and secure data systems. Known for improving reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. Comfortable operating as a technical authority without formal management. Energized by raising standards across analytics, infrastructure, and governance. Interested in

About the Team The Storage organization builds and operates the online stateful systems and abstractions that DoorDash Engineering depends on: reliable, efficient, secure, and easy to use. Within Storage, the Distributed Key Value team owns the storage platform that powers business-critical workloads across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. These systems sit on the Tier-0 critical path. They serve millions of QPS across multiple regions and underpin how hundreds of engineering teams build reliable systems at massive scale. About the role DoorDash's storage abstraction platform is a unified data-access layer that sits in front of our databases and decouples application teams from the underlying storage engines, similar to modern data-gateway and key-value / time-series data-abstraction platforms. Nearly every request that touches persistent data flows through it. As DoorDash scales 10x–100x across new verticals, global expansion, and acquisitions, this platform is where the hardest distributed-storage problems live — latency at the tail, request routing, and reliability under exponential load. We're hiring a Staff Software Engineer to be the domain specialist for the storage abstraction platform: a deep, opinionated technical leader who owns the reliability, performance, and correctness of the platform at scale, sets its technical direction, and raises the execution bar across the storage organization. You must be located in the New York Metro Area, Bay Area or Seattle for this hybrid position. You will report to the Engineering Manager on our Distributed Key Value team within the Storage organization. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own the reliability, performance, and correctness of the storage abstraction platform at scale, independently leading resolution of mission-critical issues in ambiguous, high-pressure situations. Set technical direction for the platform — the storage abstraction and data-access layer, provider model, caching, and rou

About the Team The Storage organization builds and operates the online stateful systems and abstractions that DoorDash Engineering depends on: reliable, efficient, secure, and easy to use. Within Storage, the Event Streaming Systems team owns the event streaming platform that powers business-critical, event-driven workflows across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, including Kafka, our event streaming abstraction layer (internally called Event Bus), and the next generation of streaming platform technologies. These systems sit on the Tier-0 critical path. They move trillions of events per day across multiple regions and underpin how hundreds of engineering teams build reliable, event-driven products at massive scale. About the Role We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer to set the technical direction for our event streaming platform and lead its evolution over the next several years. This is a senior individual-contributor role: you'll operate as a force multiplier across teams, owning the hardest architectural problems, driving org-wide technical strategy, and raising the engineering bar for everyone who builds on and operates streaming infrastructure. You'll go deep on the internals of modern streaming systems, from the Kafka protocol and storage engine to object-store-backed, diskless architectures like WarpStream and AutoMQ. You'll make the high-leverage bets that determine how DoorDash streams data for years to come, on a platform that serves hundreds of engineering teams and trillions of events per day. You must be located in the New York Metro Area for this hybrid position. You will report to the Engineering Manager on our Event Streaming Systems team within the Storage organization. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Set the multi-year technical vision and architecture for DoorDash's event streaming platform, and drive alignment in that direction across Storage, SRE, Data Platform, and Product Engineering. Lead the largest and most ambig

About The Team Snorkel's AI Platform organization builds the infrastructure and systems that power AI development at scale - synthetic data generation, evaluation, agentic workflows, simulation environments, LLM infrastructure, and distributed compute. Our platform enables engineering and research teams to rapidly experiment with models and agents, measure their behavior, and turn successful experiments into reliable production systems. We're a small team operating at the intersection of distributed systems and applied AI, and we're in the middle of a foundational shift toward agent-first workflows where models interact with tools, environments, data, and other agents over long-running trajectories. The systems we build need to make these inherently non-deterministic workloads observable, reproducible, measurable, and scalable. You will help define how we do that. About The Role We're looking for Software Engineers at Senior / Staff levels who combine strong software and distributed systems fundamentals with experience operating AI systems in production. You'll build the infrastructure that lets teams create, experiment with, evaluate, and operate LLM and agentic workloads at significant scale - from synthetic data and evaluation pipelines to simulation environments, orchestration systems, and LLM infrastructure. You'll work on systems where correctness is not defined by a single deterministic output. Instead, you'll build the infrastructure neede
