What will I be doing? As an L1 Staff Technology Experience Engineer , you will provide technical support across THG Ingenuity's global office network, helping to deliver a seamless technology experience for colleagues and visitors. You'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining audio visual, workplace technology and collaboration systems across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include: Installation and commissioning of speakers, amplifiers, mixers, presentation switchers, keypads, displays and video conferencing equipment Supporting and maintaining AV, VC and workplace technology infrastructure Managing structured cabling and cable management standards Maintaining accurate asset registers and inventory records Providing high-quality technical support and resolving incidents within agreed SLAs Supporting integrated room booking systems, digital signage, IP telep
