Senior Program Manager Description - Job Summary • This role is responsible for leading teams/projects to solve common and complex business issues, by leveraging developed subject matter knowledge. The role manages and leads cross-functional program teams, delivers professional reports, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, and tracks progress against the establishes plans, while leading less-experienced staff members. The role also identifies risks and creates mitigation plans, and reports the same to executive management. Responsibilities • Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering. • Leads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans. • Understands the technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program, and utilizes knowledge to accelerate project completion. • Leads the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new technologies & process automation developed within the company's worldwide engineering team. • Develops schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, logistics, and other support requirements for assigned program in collaboration with both the company & contract manufacturing teams. • Coordinates activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners; tracks progress against established plan and makes decisions to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule. • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collabora

Coordinates with Field Operations Regional Managers, Supervisors, and Strategic Operations leadership for operations, planning, and administration. May be responsible for assessing and reporting new hire competency. Supports projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Strategic Operations Team. Supports execution of Scope of Work Analysis. Supports the implementation of new customer accounts. Ensures effective surgical care to patients as related to Stryker Endoscopy equipment. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining Stryker Endoscopy equipment. Effectively builds and maintains relationships and trust in both new and existing accounts. Interacts with surgeons, patients, OR personnel, Central Processing, Sales Reps, O.R. Management, Implementation Project Manager(s), Hospital Administration, and other Stryker employees and partners.
