This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will balance speed and rigor to resolve ambiguity and turn one-off wins into scalable systems. Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager The Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager will play a critical role in shaping and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the long term direction. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, planning and business operations and partners closely with the different teams such as Commercial Strategy, Operations, Finance and Regulatory & Compliance teams. This role, which is part of the Global Strategy & Execution team, will translate our strategy into execution by driving company wide alignment, informed decision making, defining our operating and planning rhythms and eventually ensuring we deliver our priorities. As a Restaurant Growth Manager, your job is to change that: get more of our customers' food spend onto Wolt and Deliveroo by making sure the restaurants people actually want are on our platform, and by opening up the occasions we don't yet win (breakfast, lunch, late night, weekend groups, family meals).
