Role: Stroke Consultant Location: Midlands Metropolitan University Hospital Salary: Circa £105,000 - £140,000 Start Date: ASAP Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust are proud to have a Brand New, State of the Art hospital as our new patient centred care giving offering for our local residents. You set the strategy, own the products and are accountable for brand performance. Our AIS portfolio is one of our largest and fastest-growing franchises, with a strong launch pipeline. The market is changing quickly, as new devices and technologies change how stroke is treated. You’ll shape how we respond to that in EMEA, making sure our portfolio meets what physicians need next. Build the annual marketing plan and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap , partnering with divisional, portfolio and local marketing teams. Own regional product management: define and run the product lifecycle , from launch through to phase-out. Own branding, messaging, positioning and pricing, built on market, customer and competitive insight. Lead the launch pipeline and ensure each launch lands impactfully in the market. Drives adoption, utilization, and portfolio expansion of Hemorrhagic (HEM) and Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) products across hospital systems, partnering with Territory Managers and Territory Sales Representatives to support customer needs and achieve sales objectives. Help identify opportunities to drive adoption and growth by leveraging data and reports and collaborate with Territory Managers and Territory Sales Representatives on developing business plans. The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for driving adoption and utilization of the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio, while supporting the Hemorrhagic (HEM) portfolio within a designated territory. This role will partner closely with Territory Managers in the designated market to execute strategic plans and drive AIS procedure growth through strong clinical partnerships and consistent execution in high-acuity environments. Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers on the established annual sales quota for the defined territory. Implements and executes launch strategies developed by leading product education and in-services, with a focus on AIS solutions, while supporting HEM portfolio awareness and access as appropriate. Completes a thorough analysis of the territory to identify key target accounts and partners with the Territory Manager to drive market growth, share gain, and customer engagement. Establishes a quarterly business plan that outlines key activities and strategies to support product adoption. Prioritizes activities and resource allocation toward high-impact AIS opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
