In this role, you will get hands-on experience working on end-to-end recruitment, serving as the critical bridge between our hiring teams and prospective candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions. High-Volume Outreach: Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates. Interview Coordination: Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams. Candidate Communication: Manage ongoing follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Primary Responsibilities: Works closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each assigned role and creates the requisition in the Applicant Tracking System. Identifies, attracts, and engages potential candidates using various channels and methods to find individuals who meet the qualifications and requirements of the assigned open jobs. Manages job postings for assigned roles through various job portals, career sites, social media, and networking tools. Reviews resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the hiring criteria. Conducts initial phone screens, in-person interviews or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the role Ensures that all mandatory information and documentation is entered and uploaded into the Applicant Tracking System. Loads and tracks open roles in the Applicant Tracking System. Manages the Applicant Tracking system by cleaning and updating the records based on the reporting/metrics requirements.
