Capco is growing our business across Asia, and we're looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to join our Malaysia team and help us identify, engage and hire the talent that will support our continued growth. This is not a recruitment coordination role. You will own hiring end-to-end — from understanding the requirement and proactively identifying talent, through screening and stakeholder management, to offer and onboarding. You'll join a collaborative regional Talent Acquisition team where everyone remains close to recruitment delivery while also contributing to how we continuously improve the way we attract and hire talent. The Role As an Recruitment Business Partner , you will be a key member of our in-house Talent Acquisition team, managing recruitment across Capco's consulting business in Malaysia and supporting regional hiring requirements where needed. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle and will work directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders to translate demand into effective recruitment strategies. Business Collaboration:​ Work closely with hiring managers, providing professional recruitment advice, market insights, and effectively managing the recruitment process and expectations. 4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:​ Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and proactively communicate company culture and values at all candidate touchpoints. 5. Data Analysis & Process Optimization:​ Maintain recruitment data, provide regular recruitment reports, analyze hiring efficiency and channel effectiveness, and propose optimization recommendations. Requirements​ 1. Experience:​ 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. In-house (corporate) recruitment experience is preferred.
