Through data- and autonomy-driven processes, we continuously improve how we work and strengthen our culture, building an agile organization that advances our values. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition professional to join our Bucharest office. While based in Bucharest, your scope will extend across the CEE region and other designated international markets, ensuring a consistent, candidate-first hiring approach and supporting a vibrant local employee community. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing end-to-end international hiring lifecycles, and enjoys organizing engaging employee community events to foster strong cross-border culture and connection. • Partner closely with regional and international hiring managers to understand team headcount needs and provide expert talent selection guidance.
  • Execute creative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines across cross-border tech and e-commerce domains using LinkedIn, global job boards, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate cross-border onboarding and integration processes, ensuring new hires align with global company culture and local regulatory standards.
  • Drive Bucharest office employee engagement initiatives and social events to foster a vibrant, inclusive local employee community.
  • Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (we use Lever) and provide regular reporting on global hiring progress, pipeline analytics, and HR operational metrics.
  • Expected Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or HR business partnering, preferably within a fast-paced tech, e-commerce, or regional corporate scope.
  • Solid understanding of international hiring practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to local employment regulations across diverse markets.
  • Strong interest or experience in employee engagement, community building, and internal culture-building activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multi-country hiring deliverables in a high-growth environment.
  • Native or fluent Romanian speaker with full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • What We Offer - Hybrid working model with flexibility: a schedule that helps you find the right balance between flexibility and team bonding, including work-from-abroad opportunities and a summer working model. - Customisable FlexBenefits budget: Adjust your daily meal allowance, choose your health insurance package (and extend it to your spouse or children), and pick from additional benefits like fuel support or Trendyol shopping credits. - Well-being support: Access to location-based in-house doctors, as well as psychologist and dietitian support, and HPV vaccination provision. - Personalised training allowance and learning opportunities: Use your annual budget for any training or conference of your choice, explore our Learning Management System (LMS) anytime, and join in-person learning sessions offered throughout the year. - Responsibility from day one: Take full ownership from the start in a culture where every voice is heard and valued. - A diverse, international team: Collaborate with global peers across our offices in Berlin, Amsterdam, Dubai, and beyond, in a startup-spirited and collaborative environment. - Opportunities to grow with the best: Tackle meaningful challenges, develop through hands-on experience, and grow with the support of expert guidance and global mentoring. - Meaningful connections beyond tasks: Be part of team rituals, events, and social activities that help us stay connected and inspired.
