About The Role: We're looking to hire a new Talent Sourcer in Tokyo to build top-of-funnel talent pipelines and shape talent strategy across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you'll partner with regional leadership to fill critical GTM roles like Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects primarily in Japan. What You'll Do: You'll manage the sourcing process from inception through successful close, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers at every step You'll serve as a strategic advisor and talent sourcing expert, leading successful searches across GTM roles You'll conduct initial qualification screenings and casual chats with candidates to assess fit and build relationships You'll collaborate with the broader team on process improvements, programs, and strategic initiatives You'll lead talent branding initiatives, including organizing hiring webinars and publishing blogs and articles that feature our employees You'll provide talent mapping and market insights to support local and global recruiting and hiring teams You'll make informed data-driven decisions that build efficiencies int
