A Day in the Life This role supports Medtronic's Pelvic Health portfolio, partnering with healthcare professionals, clinical teams, and sales colleagues to provide clinical and technical support that helps improve patient outcomes. The position works closely with Clinical Specialists, Sales Representatives, and regional sales leadership to support customer education, product adoption, case coverage, and territory growth initiatives across Puerto Rico. This position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico and operates under a Flex work model. The role requires regular travel throughout Puerto Rico to support hospitals, healthcare facilities, and customer sites (driver´s license is required). What You Will Do As the Clinical Specialist with Stryker Enabling Technologies you will provide clinical product support to hospital staff and provide on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. You will provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of the company's navigation technologies, associated equipment and instruments to insure procedural efficiency. You will utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative scans for use in conjunction with the company's Enabling Technologies system, assists surgeon in preoperative planning and intra-operative guidance.
