Technical Writer Intern (Summer 2027)

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform. Our software runs paid advertising, social, listings, reputation, and call tracking for thousands of locations across enterprise franchises and SMB networks, executing autonomously across Google, Meta, Apple, and Microsoft. The Technical Operations team is the analytical engine that keeps that execution sharp. We are hiring an intern to sit with this team for the summer. Who we are looking for This is not just a marketing internship. We are looking for someone who is genuinely analytical. The kind of person who opens a messy dataset and gets curious instead of overwhelmed. Who enjoys figuring out why a number moved. Who can read a chunk of SQL or Python and follow what it does, even if they would not write it from scratch. Who would otherwise be heading toward an analyst seat at a consulting firm or a product role at a startup. If you love spreadsheets, you will feel at home here. If you have ever built a model in Excel just to understand something better, even more so. What you will actually do You will work directly with our Technical Account Management and Analytics teams on the parts of campaign management that require thinking, not clicking. That includes: Diagnosing why specific campaigns are underperforming and proposing fixes grounded in the data. Building and refining Excel and Sheets models that our account teams use to make decisions. Auditing campaigns at scale, often across hundreds of locations for a single brand, and surfacing patterns no one else has noticed. Pulling, cleaning, and analyzing performance data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and our internal platform. Helping operationalize new analytical workflows, including ones we are building on top of AI tooling. Contributing to internal projects that make our team faster and smarter. As a Marketing Intern at Eulerity, you'll get a real look at how our marketing team works, from content and brand work all the way through the automation and data that drives demand generation. You'll pitch in across content, campaigns, and operations, and you'll actually own projects, not just watch from the sidelines. You'll also get to use AI tools as part of your everyday work. Core Responsibilities Shoot and edit video content across customer testimonials, social clips, and website assets, you're comfortable holding a camera and getting a good shot, then taking that footage through editing and adding animation/motion graphics to make it publish-ready. Help write and schedule LinkedIn posts for our marketing and sales teams, covering conferences, other initiatives, and engagement content. Help out with our podcast: researching guests, prepping talking points, and handling episode logistics. Help keep our website updated, put together our newsletters each cycle, and pitch in ideas for an upcoming site revamp. Assist with research and first drafts for industry insight reports, white papers, and blog posts, using AI tools to help speed up the drafting. Help build outbound email sequences that improve click rates, open rates, engagement, and lead volume. Research industry verticals like Health & Wellness, Fitness, Home Improvement, Real Estate, and Tutoring to help shape our messaging. Help build renewal and upsell materials that support Customer Success. Help track campaign performance and pull together marketing metrics reports. The Technical Content team is looking for an experienced Content Optimization Specialist who will help grow the visibility of Datadog across traditional search and AI-assisted search platforms. As part of the Community organization, you will optimize written and video technical content for search engines, answer engines, generative engines, and AI/LLM experiences while identifying new opportunities as audience needs and search behavior continue to evolve. You should understand how content is surfaced, cited, and summarized across traditional search, AI-assisted search, and agentic platforms.
