Key Responsibilities As a Test Technician at Micron, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless performance of our manufacturing processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to our world-class standards and outstanding product quality. Manufacturing & Quality Support Monitor manufacturing indicators and product performance across production operations. Review and investigate abnormal trends, deviations, and process exceptions. Support timely resolution of manufacturing and quality-related issues. Assist in implementing containment and corrective actions when required. Ensure compliance with established operational procedures and quality standards. Data Analysis & Investigation Collect, validate, and analyze manufacturing and test-related data. Identify trends, abnormalities, and opportunities for process improvement. Generate reports, charts, and summaries to support engineering evaluations. Work with engineers to investigate issues and recommend appropriate actions. Apply analytical tools and databases to support daily operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Communicate findings and updates to engineering, production, and quality teams. Support shift pass-down activities to ensure seamless operation continuity. Responsibilities and Tasks Support Manufacturing: -Investigate manufacturing issues related to Assembly and Test processes and identify and implement solutions · Disposition SPC fails, RMAs, and other product using tools provided · REBIN parts when necessary · Identify and handle product deviations · Research deviations to determine cause and ensure containment · Isolate product that has been shipped and contain affected product as needed · Provide supporting data highlighting an issue · Contact groups responsible to resolve issues · Participate in process changes · Use procedures and guidelines for EDT process and tasks · Use department specific scripts and commands as needed · Use department specific software programs as needed Support Engineering: -Assist engineers in developing processes to resolve process variance, equipment, or device performance problems and provide for product quality control and efficiency of equipment and processes · Start quals for engineering and monitor progress when requested · Identify problems with quals and communicate that to the qual owner · Document Process Engineering or Test Engineering projects Communicate Information: -Communicate with suppliers, peers, and customers to accurately relay technical information · Stay up-to-date on e-mail and respond with concerns · Review and approve EDM Inbox items · Use proper grammar, appropriate terminolog

Responsibilities: Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process! Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers. Requirements: Diploma in mechanical engineering & Electronic/Electrical Engineering Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply! Some understanding of Semiconductor Testing equipment processes will be added. A good teammate equipped with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
