The Senior Corporate FP&A Manager, Workforce Planning & Total Rewards leads Roblox’s end-to-end headcount planning cycle, aligning top-down envelopes and bottoms-up requests across Finance, People, and business leaders. You’ll own how we translate budget dollars into concrete hiring plans, using various internal tools to manage the planning and execution cycles. You’ll partner closely with People Science & Analytics, PBPs, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition to ensure plans are data-driven, executable, and tied to company priorities. Ultimately, you’ll be the connective tissue between our long-range plan, annual budget, and the teams we staff to deliver it. About the Team: Money Movement (MM) is a core Payments Engineering team responsible for actually moving money at Gusto — reliably, on time, and at scale. The team owns Gusto’s payment rails and the integrations behind them: ACH, wires, real-time payments, checks, and international and stablecoin rails through partners. MM owns the connections to partner banks and payment providers, the APIs that initiate credits and debits, the ingestion of incoming bank data, and the routing logic that selects the most efficient rail for each payment based on speed, cost, geography, currency, and regulatory requirements. The team also builds the operational tooling that Payment Operations depends on to stop, reverse, verify, and investigate payments. MM sits within the Payments org alongside the Financial Data and Payment Profile team. Where that team owns the source of truth for payment data and the customer-facing payment method experience, MM owns execution — the systems that hand money to a bank or partner and track it to settlement. About the Role As an Account Manager, you'll own a full book of business post-sale, managing the customer lifecycle from value-based selling through to activation and adoption. The measure of success in this role is Net Dollar Retention: durable expansion revenue, value realization and retention for every account in your book. You'll understand your customers deeply, anticipate their needs, identify growth opportunities as they occur, build and develop pipeline, and position the right solution for each one — working AI-native, not just AI-aware, and holding yourself to a genuinely high performance bar as someone who owns outcomes end to end.
