Overview As our Financial Operations Manager, reporting to our Head of Finance, you'll run the daily mechanics of money movement: merchant settlement, liquidity positioning across our banking and custody footprint, and the funding decisions that keep payouts on schedule in every currency and every entity we operate in. This is an execution role with real judgment attached. You'll be positioning cash before markets open, deciding which account gets funded and from where, executing wires and on-chain transfers under dual control, and investigating breaks when a settlement doesn't land where it should. It's also a build role. Much of what you'll inherit runs on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge, and we need it running on process. If you've done treasury or payment operations inside a payments company, a bank, or a crypto business, the shape of this job will be familiar.
