About the Role: The Condition Report Writer will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing, declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and an eye for detail. What you’ll do: Accurately capture and upload the vehicle data to internal systems. Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in the internal systems. Perform all vehicle inspections with major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality listing for customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration. This role is responsible for accurately identifying vehicle features, confirming trim levels, and uploading key information into our inventory system to ensure every vehicle is properly listed and ready for sale.
