As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team. This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. What You’ll Do: Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues. Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards. Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently. Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools. Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow. About the Role We are seeking an Entry-Level Vehicle Inspector to join our Mississauga production facility. In this role, you will ensure every vehicle meets Clutch’s high standards for cosmetic and functional quality before delivery or further production. You’ll work with our production and quality assurance teams to inspect vehicles, document findings, and support continuous improvement in our processes. What You’ll Do Perform detailed inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards. Evaluate exterior and interior condition, including paint, trim, and upholstery. Test vehicle functionality, including windows, mirrors, HVAC systems, and advanced safety or connectivity features. Record inspection results using iPads and specialized inspection software.
