As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inventory Associate (Evening Shift) to join our Production team. This role ensures accurate and detailed vehicle data is entered into our inventory system so every car meets Clutch’s quality and sales standards. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium. What you’ll do Manually identify and capture features within vehicles Use captured features to determine vehicle trim levels Copy data from documents into our vehicle inventory system (CarFax information, vehicle specifications, recall information) Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast-paced, repetitive environment Collaborate with production teams as needed (detailing, shuttling, inspections) Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reporting What we’re looking for Automot

About the Role Shuttler Driver – Production (Mississauga) As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities.
