What We're Seeking The Video & Motion Designer is responsible for creating engaging video and motion content across paid media, organic social, in-venue experiences, digital marketing, and internal communications. This role combines video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production expertise to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining Topgolf brand standards. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable assembling narrative-driven video content, creating motion graphics, and delivering platform-specific assets at a high volume and quality in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You Will Do Key Responsibilities Assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos following provided briefs and creative direction Manage the full post-production workflow, from media management and rough cuts through color correction, audio mixing, and final delivery Create original motion graphics, animated assets, and kinetic typography for marketing campaigns, social media, venue experiences, games, web, and app experiences Develop platform-specific video

This will be a defining role on the brand design team. You'll shape the motion language for Baseten and bring it to life across everything from product launches and social video to huge out-of-home campaigns, events, web, and experimental brand work. We're building a brand in a market that's moving fast, and we want the work to feel just as ambitious. This isn't a role focused on turning out one-off animations or supporting an existing system - you'll help define and build the system, push it into places we haven’t thought about, and set the bar for motion across the company. You'll partner closely with brand, product, marketing, and leadership to turn technical ideas into work that's clear, distinctive, and memorable. RESPONSIBILITIES Define and evolve the motion language for the Baseten brand. Create high-craft motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home. Concept and produce video content that makes highly technical products feel compelling. Think at every scale, from a five-second social clip to a Times Square takeover. Partner with brand designers to bring identity systems, typography, illustration, and product storytelling to life through motion. The Product Education team designs, develops, and launches learning experiences for Lyft customers in the in-app and web Learning Center. We partner with stakeholders across Lyft to make sure customers get accurate, timely information — from in-app safety features to tax season tips to five-star guidance — reaching hundreds of thousands of customers across the US and Canada. Our ~200 tutorials support 25M+ enrollments a year, and we work closely with the Learning Platform product and engineering teams to build the features that support customer learning at scale. We're looking for a Senior Education Content Producer to own visual asset creation and accuracy for the Learning Center. Most of your time will be spent on video editing and motion graphics. You’ll design, create and edit new videos, animations and images, and keep our existing library accurate as the underlying product is constantly evolving. You'll also need solid producer skills: pitching and managing external vendors/agencies, and running the occasional small-scale shoot. You'll work alongside our other Content Producer, who also owns asset creation and updates, and our Learning Experience Designers, who write and structure tutorial content. Responsibilities: Visual Asset Creation & Accuracy Using the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, edit and animate new video, motion graphics, and image assets from concept through final delivery Own the day-to-day health of our visual asset library: auditing, updating, and troubleshooting images, live-action video, UI walkthroughs, and animations across dozens of tutorials Track versioning closely as the underlying product changes, proactively catching and fixing
