About the Opportunity This is a sales and account management role focused on VIP retail clients in the CIS region. You will own a portfolio of high-value trading accounts — building relationships, driving VIP upgrades, and actively prospecting new clients to grow OKX's presence in the region. Working closely with regional growth, product, and business intelligence teams, you'll be the on-the-ground point of contact for CIS-based VIP traders, combining strong client servicing with a proactive sales approach. What You'll Be Doing Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of actively trading VIP clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and inquiries. Proactively identify and prospect new VIP-tier clients through outreach, events, and referrals — owning the full sales cycle from lead to onboarding. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, understanding client goals, and delivering tailored solutions. About the Opportunity Relationship Manager / VIP Accounts Manager (CIS) leads account management efforts within the VIP retail program in the CIS region. The Relationship Manager is expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global growth teams, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as effectively lead a team of regional sales. He/She will proactively nurture and enhance relationships with local key trading accounts, VIP accounts, being in contact with them frequently and building relationships.
