Position Overview The VP, Engagement Strategy turns brand strategy into connected omnichannel engagement. This senior leader defines how audience insight, behavioral science, content, media, CRM, field engagement, technology, and measurement work together across the customer journey. The VP leads clients and integrated teams from insight through activation and optimization, while helping grow BGBx's Engagement Strategy capability.
