Job Summary We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to manage the flow of IT hardware and accessories through our stockroom. You'll receive, store, ship, and track equipment, support e-waste disposal, and help keep the warehouse safe, organized, and audit-ready. Job Responsibilities Receiving: Inspect incoming hardware and accessories for damage, report discrepancies to the manager, and log items into the HAM (Hardware Asset Management) system as "In Stock." Storage & Organization: Label items with asset tags and store them securely in designated areas by category. Shipping: Load hardware onto trucks using proper lifting techniques, securing items to prevent damage in transit. Returns: Verify and log returned hardware in the Hardware Returns Spreadsheet daily and update HAM. Disposal & Vendor Returns: Identify obsolete or unusable assets, dispose of e-waste per company guidelines, and process vendor returns at least monthly. Inventory Audits: Perform monthly audits on a rotating asset type, record counts in Quickbase, and report and correct discrepancies. The base pay rate is $16.00 per hour. Effective October 4th, 2026, all shifts will receive a $4.00 per hour (peak incentive) pay increase, bringing the new pay rate to $20.00-$21.00 per hour and WEEKLY PAY!
