About the Role As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will closely partner with an Operations Manager and/or GM to support and lead a team of supervisors, process leads, and associates to achieve our goals. In this role, you will support strategic planning and execution of department and building-wide targets and initiatives to support our company goals. Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors, process leads, and warehouse associates to achieve operational goals while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Support strategic planning and execution of department and site-wide initiatives in partnership with the Operations Manager and/or General Manager. Analyze daily operational performance, identify trends and opportunities, and make data-informed decisions to adapt to changing business needs. Partner cross-functionally across the site and network to solve operational challenges, implement change initiatives, and drive continuous improvement. Onboard and support new hires and cross-training team members to ensure successful integration and development. Lead and support Operations Managers on special projects and other business priorities as needed. About You This is what you’ll need to succeed in this role from day 1. Requirements: You have 5+ years of people leadership experience within a warehouse or manufacturing setting, while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and consistent influence of other people managers of large teams.

Position Summary The Prefab Technician supports CCE’s electrical prefabrication operations by assembling, preparing, labeling, and staging electrical components and assemblies for delivery to project sites. This hands-on role follows approved drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and safe work practices to produce accurate, installation-ready materials. Key Responsibilities Measure, mark, cut, bend, drill, fasten, and organize materials using approved tools and equipment within the employee’s training and qualifications. Review work orders, assembly details, and material lists; ask questions when information is unclear before proceeding. Check completed assemblies for accuracy, workmanship, labeling, and completeness; report defects and assist with corrections before shipment. Keep workstations, tools, and materials organized; report shortages, damage, and waste. Package, label, and stage finished assemblies to support accurate deliveries and efficient installation by field crews. About the Role At Stitch Fix, our Fulfillment Center teams power a personalized styling experience that helps clients feel confident and seen. As an Inventory Control Group Leader, you will own inventory accuracy, integrity, and availability within the fulfillment center, ensuring product is available for styling and shipment while protecting financial accuracy.
