Technicians are responsible for the handling and shipping of serviced watches and jewelry, customer care, and data capture through Salesforce. The Artisan maintains active communication with the stores they service and acts as an intermediary for corporate partners to ensure repair and engraving best practices enhance the retail guest experience. Completes watch repairs for assigned market in an efficient and timely manner. Responsible for producing high quality service in an efficient and timely manner.
