What You'll Do The Senior Regulatory Test Engineer leads the evaluation of products against worldwide EMI, EMC, RF, safety, and cybersecurity regulatory requirements. This role develops test strategies and detailed test plans, interprets new and changing standards, organizes complex test programs, and drives technical alignment across engineering, compliance, product, and external laboratory partners. The position is expected to operate with senior-level judgment, mentor other test engineers, and convert past testing experience and evolving regulatory requirements into repeatable internal practices and policies. Primary Responsibilities: Lead EMI, EMC, RF, safety, and cybersecurity test planning for Ubiquiti's product lines, including wireless access points, gateways, routing products, and related network equipment. Create comprehensive test plans and test readiness checklists that define standards, configurations, modes of operation, sample requirements, instrumentation, acceptance criteria, and schedule dependencies.
