As a Principal Integrations Developer on the People Systems team, you'll design, build, and maintain the integrations that connect our people systems — ensuring seamless, secure, and scalable data flow across our global ecosystem as Snowflake continues to grow. This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin, CA or Menlo Park, CA offices with 3 days a week in-office attendance required. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions Provide production support for integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, IT systems) Support data pipelines between Workday and our own instance of Snowflake, including the migration to Workday Zero Copy Data cloud Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across integrations, adhering to gove

THE ROLE We are bringing our people systems in-house on Workday, and we are hiring our first dedicated Workday Analyst to make it excellent. You will join while the implementation is underway, ramp alongside our deployment partner, and own the tenant from go-live onward. This is a hands-on configuration role: you will build business processes, manage security, load data, and test releases yourself, and you will teach others on the People team to do the same as we grow.
