We are looking for a Manager, Real Estate to lead the financial, contractual, and operational stewardship of Snowflake's global real estate portfolio, while pioneering an AI-first approach to how real estate is managed at scale. AS A MANAGER, REAL ESTATE AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Direct a $100M+ annual lease spend with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership and rigorous ROI analysis, ensuring workplace investments yield measurable, defensible value Build an AI-led real estate management strategy of the future: evaluate traditional real estate administration practices and use Snowflake's own AI and compute capabilities to explore, trial, and develop in-house features built on Snowflake Cortex that streamline lease administration, automate manual processes, and extrapolate portfolio data into insights that inform decision making Collaborate directly with cross-functional partners (Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Workplace Operations) and outside brokers to ensure all leases are in good standing and to coordinate new leasing activity Serve as the main liaison between Snowflake and landlords, brokers, internal legal counsel, and technical advisors, maintaining alignment and clarity through lease negotiations, transactions, and ongoing real estate utilization and maintenance

About the Team The IT Services and Support team is responsible for delivering seamless, efficient, and reliable workplace technology across the organization. We provide frontline IT support, run employee lifecycle operations, support conference rooms and events, manage vendors and assets, and continuously improve systems, documentation, and workflows to strengthen the employee experience as OpenAI grows. About the Role As the EMEA Regional IT Support Lead based in Dublin, you will be the senior onsite IT owner for the Dublin office while serving as the regional lead for IT support across EMEA. You will combine high-quality hands-on support with regional coordination, operational leadership, and process improvement. Your scope includes frontline support, onboarding and offboarding, AV and event readiness, vendor and equipment management, office build and workplace technology support, executive support, and the design of scalable support workflows across offices and time zones. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, technically strong, and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment. You should bring strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to turn ambiguous operational needs into reliable systems that improve the employee experience. This role is the onsite IT lead in our Dublin office, serves as the regional lead for EMEA IT support, requires 5 days in office per week, and offers relocation assistance to new employees.
