Program Delivery & Governance is the delivery and operations capability for Veriforce's Product and Technology organization. The function owns strategic program delivery across the business, delivery health and reporting, planning discipline, governance standards, and executive insight and leadership operations. The team operates as one unit with a shared career ladder and cross-coverage model. Veriforce operates across the US, Canada, UK, South Africa, Belgium, and other markets, and the function delivers across these regions. What you'll do Project and program delivery The Senior Project Manager carries more complex, higher-stakes delivery work than the Project Manager. You manage projects independently and take on the workstreams within larger programs that require experienced judgment and senior stakeholder management. • Manage complex projects end-to-end with minimal oversight: scope workstreams, build delivery plans, track milestones and dependencies, and drive execution through to completion • Own larger or higher-stakes workstreams within programs led by Program Managers, providing reliable delivery that the Program Manager can depend on across the full program • Lead working sessions with senior stakeholders, drive alignment across competing priorities, and resolve delive
