Develop and execute account growth strategies based on quantitative analysis that grow transaction volume by helping customers optimize their FX flows and ensuring they manage a larger share of their trading activity through our platform. Team Building & Leadership Build and hire the MENA client success team, sequencing roles against regional growth. Set the operating rhythm: account planning cadence, coverage model, and escalation paths. Coach and develop the team, owning their performance and progression. This is a player-coach role. For the first year you are the team, carrying accounts and handling client service requests while building the function around you. Operational Excellence Manage smooth client ramping processes, including technical integration and training. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any trading or settlement issues promptly.
