We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Agent Context team in NYC. This team owns how Asana's AI systems search, retrieve, and reason over the work graph the search infrastructure, dense embedding pipelines, ranking systems, and evaluation frameworks that determine whether every AI experience at Asana is trustworthy or not. Your mission is to make retrieval comprehensive, reliable, and fast at enterprise scale, positioning Asana as the coordination and memory layer for the agentic enterprise. This is a high-leverage platform role: nearly every AI product at Asana - AI Teammates, chat experiences, agentic workflows depends on the systems this team builds. You will manage a team of senior engineers in New York collaborating daily with partner teams in San Francisco and Warsaw, and work alongside a dedicated Product Manager as your direct counterpart. This role is based in our New York office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. What you'll achieve Own the technical direction and delivery of Asana's retrieval stack end to end: lexical and semantic search, dense embedding generation and backfill at scale, chunking and ranking strategies, and RAG comprehensiveness across the work graph. Build and operate the evaluation infrastructure that makes retrieval quality measurable recall/precision benchmarks, offline and online evals, and comparative testing across retrieval backends - so quality decisions are made with data, not vibes. Drive the cost, performance, and quality tradeoffs that define this space: when semantic search earns its infrastructure cost over lexical, how to hit latency targets without sacrificing recall, and how retrieval improvements compound into cheaper, faster downstream LLM calls. Set and enforce the bar for how other teams at Asana integrate with retrieval: clear ownership of embedding decisions, rollout g

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We are hiring a AI Platform Engineer to build the execution layer for Supabase's internal AI systems. Supabase is building an AI-native internal operating system: a common way of working across the company where AI carries a meaningful share of the operational load rather than sitting alongside it as an assistant. We are standing up a new central team to build those systems, enable the teams, and embed AI operations throughout the organization. You are the engineer on that team. The execution layer is yours. You will build the platform that actually runs agents: an event-triggered queue, a headless model-agnostic runtime, durable state so work survives a restart, a human review gate, atomic rollback, and full logging of every prompt, tool call and decision so any run can be reconstructed. You will build the evaluation layer that makes any of it trustworthy, because an agent that cannot be measured cannot be trusted with anything beyond reading. And you will build the agents themselves, across everything from executive reporting down to a layer of agents that watch the platform and improve it. This is a governance-heavy environment by design, and that is the interesting part of the problem. Agents are risk-tiered from read-only internal data through to external-facing output, with review depth, evaluation requirements and human approval scaling by tier. Some capabilities are permanently off limits: an agent may read and report, it may carry a human-authored update into a system of record once a human consents, and it may initiate contact within a strict budget, but it may never autonomously write a commitment (an owner, a due date, a status) into a shared work system. Your job is
About the role There’s a wide gap between an agent that works in a demo and one that works across millions of live transactions. Closing it is the job. You’ll embed with the teams and customers who depend on AI — risk, fraud, collections, payments, support, developer experience — and design, build, and ship agentic systems into their production environments. You’ll also help build the platform underneath: Paytm’s AI inference platform (Pi) and the agentic runtime, orchestration, and tooling that lets agents reason, plan, use tools, and run multi-step workflows safely.
AI Systems Engineer - Codex Core Agents About The Team The Codex Core Agents team builds the agent harness that turns model capability into real-world action. We own the systems around the model: prompting and interpreting model outputs, executing actions safely in real environments, and feeding production experience back into better models and better agent behavior. This team sits close to research and works across the stack: harness, model interaction, inference, sandboxed execution, orchestration, evals, production reliability, and the performance envelope around tokens, latency, cost, capacity, and quality. The harness is open source and increasingly part of how models are trained and evaluated, making this one of the highest-leverage layers in Codex. About The Role We’re looking for engineers to build the AI systems that make Codex agents dependable in production. The ideal candidate is an agent-systems builder: hands-on across low-level systems and ML workflows, able to debug Codex behavior end to end across the harness, model behavior, inference/runtime stack, GPU fleet, and product surface. You’ll work with research, infrastructure, and product to design agent harness capabilities, run experiments and ablations across the model + system prompt + harness stack, build frameworks for assessing production agent performance, and turn messy failures into durable improvements. What You’ll Do Design and build the core agent harness and execution loop that lets Codex agents interpret model outputs, use tools, execute code, and complete long-horizon tasks safely. Build sandboxing, isolation, orchestration, state, and workflow infrastructure for agents operating in real development environments. Develop evaluation, experimentation, and debugging systems that distinguish harness issues, model behavior, inference/runtime issues, and product failures. Run ablations across prompts, model-facing interfaces, context construction, tool-use strategies, and harness behavior to
