About the role (Remote) We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our global UX team. Partner with PMs to shape requirements and with engineers to protect design intent through delivery Contribute to Showpad's design systems — adding components, documenting patterns, raising consistency across product areas Communicate design rationale through strategic storytelling: you can walk a PM, an engineer, and a senior stakeholder through the same decision and each one gets what they need Establish scalable AI-assisted workflows for your own work — research synthesis, rapid prototyping, concept generation — and help others on the team use them effectively Deliver UX solutions that measurably improve

Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. Your Impact on our mission: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you’ll play a critical role in putting power back into the hands of the patient by helping us meet and exceed our sales growth goals. This isn’t your standard sales job - you’ll be given constant support, with a hands-on, immersive training program, consistent feedback, and development, and work alongside driven and passionate sales professionals.
