The Role: We are looking for a highly skilled AI Tool / Agent Testing Engineer to evaluate, validate, and ensure the reliability of AI agents, AI automation tools, and agentic workflows used across our analytics platform. This role blends test engineering, GenAI understanding, Python/PySpark proficiency, and agent development lifecycle knowledge. You will work closely with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Platform teams to ensure that AI agents behave predictably, safely, and in alignment with business and compliance requirements.

The Product Analyst II will support the Global organization by providing data-driven insights for commercial purposes as well as product innovation. The Product Analyst II role involves analyzing product trends, customer feedback, and product performance to help develop and optimize the company's product offerings and at the same time identify up and cross sell opportunities for sales, provide insights to marketing on customer engagement to stimulate targeted behavior as well as build and enable content to identify new prospects and retain clients. The Product Analyst II will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet business goals.

About the Role: We are looking for a Product Data Analyst who can help drive product and business decisions through data. The role involves building dashboards, analyzing user behavior, identifying funnel drop-offs, diagnosing business issues, and generating actionable insights that improve traffic, conversion, retention, and overall business performance. The ideal candidate should be highly proactive, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of independently identifying opportunities and problem areas without requiring constant direction. Key Responsibilities -Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting frameworks. -Monitor key product, traffic, funnel, and business metrics on a daily basis. -Analyze user journeys and identify drop-offs, conversion leaks, and performance issues. -Investigate traffic fluctuations and business trends to determine root causes. -Generate actionable insights and recommend corrective actions to product, business, and technology teams. -Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, conversion, retention, pricing, and revenue metrics. -Partner closely with Product Managers, Business Teams, Engineering, and Leadership. -Create periodic business reviews, performance reports, and executive-level

About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Business Analyst who can derive actionable insights to support business growth, product strategy, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decision making. Key Responsibilities: ● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, business opportunities, and performance gaps. ● Build and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance trackers using Power BI. ● Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and analysis. ● Partner with business, product, marketing, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives. ● Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. ● Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency. ● Present insights and findings to leadership teams in a clear and structured manner. Requirements: ● 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics. ● Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory. ● Good understanding of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding. ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ● Experience working with large datasets and deriving business insights. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Prior experience in fintech, consumer internet, or digital businesses will be preferred. Preferred Skills: ● Knowledge of Excel, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus. ● Exposure to product analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, or performance marketing analytics would be an advantage.
