CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict The team + the role Pendo Predict helps companies act on customer behavior before problems surface. We build custom predictive models — churn, upsell, expansion, and more — on top of product usage, CRM, and data warehouse data, and put those insights directly into the workflows of CS, Sales, and Product teams.
