About the Role The right candidate brings commercial acumen and customer empathy in equal measure. You'll own the full renewal cycle for an assigned book of business—from early risk identification through contract close—partnering closely with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and Finance to protect and expand Mixpanel's recurring revenue. You'll be the primary driver of on-time, on-value renewals in your territory. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned territory, managing quote-to-close with accuracy and urgency.
