Since we opened our doors in 2009, the world of commerce has evolved immensely, and so has Square. After enabling anyone to take payments and never miss a sale, we saw sellers stymied by disparate, outmoded products and tools that wouldn't work together. So we expanded into software and started building integrated, omnichannel solutions – to help sellers sell online, manage inventory, offer buy now, pay later functionality, book appointments, engage loyal buyers, and hire and pay staff. Across it all, we've embedded financial services tools at the point of sale, so merchants can access a business loan and manage their cash flow in one place. Afterpay furthers our goal to provide omnichannel tools that unlock meaningful value and growth, enabling sellers to capture the next generation shopper, increase order sizes, and compete at a larger scale. Today, we are a partner to sellers of all sizes – large, enterprise-scale businesses with complex operations, sellers just starting, as well as merchants who began selling with Square and have grown larger over time. As our sellers grow, so do our solutions. There is a massive opportunity in front of us. We're building a significant, meaningful, and lasting business, and we are helping sellers worldwide do the same. The Role Square is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to develop and own a portfolio of Square's strategic partners in Australia. This role reports to the Partnerships Lead, APAC. The role will involve designing, negotiating, and scaling partnerships for Australia as the primary focus, but with a view to install best practices globally where opportunities present themselves. This is primarily a Business Development role, though deep expertise in partner management is required. Partners within the Australian portfolio include referral networks, distributors, service providers, technology platforms, and strategic ecosystems where there's mutual benefit to sellers through lead generation, co-sell, co-marketing, an

The role Square helps small businesses do business — operating more efficiently, selling confidently, and finding new opportunities. As our indirect sales channel scales across APAC, we need someone to own enablement for Australia outright. This is not a role that contributes to someone else's programme. You are the enablement function for the Australian & Japanese sales channel. Everything a seller in this market touches — how they're onboarded, certified, trained, coached, and measured — is yours to build, run and improve. You'll have global frameworks to draw on and a Learning Experience Designer to build with, but the decisions about what Australia needs, and the results that follow, sit with you. You'll also extend what you build into Japan, working through our reseller and partner network. Japan is a different channel model and a different sales culture, so this is about adapting and enabling through partners rather than running the market yourself. This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the field and on the phone with Independent Contractors and Channel Sales Managers, spotting performance gaps and coaching in the moment. You own the numbers, not just the calendar. We need a builder who thinks commercially — someone who creates structure from scratch, uses data to find where the biggest gains are, and gets on with it without needing much direction. Based in Australia (Sydney or Melbourne preferred), reporting into the Head of Sales Enablement, with dotted line to Head of Sales, APAC. Regular field travel within Australia and periodic travel to Japan. What you'll do Own enablement for Australia & Japan Own IC and Reseller onboarding & enablement strategy for the market: the programme, the content, the ramp path, and the activation numbers that come out of it Lead the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Partner Manager Training & Certification programme — every manager properly trained, certified, and kept current Own a structured training calendar

About the Team The Revenue Enablement team, under the Sales Strategy & Operations organization, enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with company OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy that encompasses activation across process, product, skill, GTM strategy, and tooling. Through partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, we design and deliver critical enablement programs that activate the business to drive sales performance and contribute to DoorDash’s overall success. About the Role As an Associate Manager of Revenue Enablement focused on the APAC region , you will play a critical role in localizing and executing global enablement initiatives that span DoorDash’s Marketplace and Commerce lines of business. You will report directly to the Head of the Global Revenue Enablement team and collaborate closely with the regional Sales Strategy & Operations teams to ensure alignment and impact. You’ll be responsible for developing and activating onboarding, training, and go-to-market programs that support the full sales lifecycle for sellers across APAC. A key component of this role will be to build and execute a comprehensive onboarding program that effectively ramps sales representatives across all these lines of business—Marketplace and Commerce — ensuring consistency, scalability, and readiness across markets. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps teams to ensure enablement strategies are tailored to regional contexts while maintaining global alignment and measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to help scale enablement across a high-growth region by aligning global frameworks with local needs and feedback. You are excited about this opportunity because you will… Develop, launch, and continuously improve a regional onboarding program that effectively ramps sales teams across Marketplace and Commerce business lines.
