Also need to cover ellipsometry/ scatterometry characterization, modeling; XRF, and surface profiling techniques. 2. Perform SWR (Special Work Request) lots to assist Engineers to complete the evaluations for set-up metrology of recipe of newly introduced processes, new process equipment, for process improvement, optimization or characterization 3. Be responsible for driving supplier tool CIP activity, assisting in NPI (New Product Introduction) transfer activity, defining quality metrics, achieving metrology performance, and providing weekly summary updates. 4. Be constantly engaged in the Fab operation and performing tasks to improve quality, reduce cost, reduce cycle time, and improve yield.
