About the Team Meesho Mall is Meesho’s branded commerce business, focused on building a trusted destination for branded products across categories for users. We are chasing a goal to acquire wallet share of a user on branded items. It is a rocket-ship within Meesho that has been growing super fast YoY About the Role Meesho is building one of India's largest distributor networks to enable faster deliveries, lower shipping costs, and deeper brand penetration across the country. As a Distributor Onboarding Lead (AM – Operations), you will own the complete journey of expanding Meesho's distributor network—from identifying potential distributor partners to successfully onboarding and activating them. This is a high-ownership, field-intensive role that requires strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. You will work closely with brands, distributors, and internal cross-functional teams to build long-term supply infrastructure that powers Meesho's next phase of growth. This role is field-first. Candidates should expect to travel extensively, spending approximately 3 out of every 4 weeks on the ground across different cities and states.

About the Role As AM - Finance, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust financial plans and ensuring effective execution. You will play a key role in driving financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support evolving business requirements. You will also be expected to adapt financial plans and budgets in line with changing business strategies and priorities. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves providing financial support and strategic advice to management while assisting in closing business deals. This role offers an opportunity to work on impactful finance-related challenges at one of India’s leading e-commerce platforms, contributing to initiatives that affect millions of users across the country.
