The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to join our growing Accounting Team. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader who combines deep technical accounting expertise with a passion for building scalable, efficient accounting operations. Reporting to the Controller, the Assistant Controller will oversee the monthly close, lead annual audits, drive process improvements, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and help scale the accounting function to support a high-growth, global SaaS business. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field with minimum 4-5 years of experience ● Familiarity with SEBI regulations and compliance requirements. ● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Skills: ● Previous experience in compliance and /or Surveillance Function. ● Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
