Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do This role leads cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment, leveraging strong SAP expertise to manage product costing, inventory control, manufacturing variances, and financial compliance, in close partnership with operations. Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on material characteristics, MRO, and production processes for internal customers, ensuring accurate and reliable operational knowledge. Own product cost analysis and SAP ERP reporting, ensuring accurate cost roll‑ups, inventory balances, manufacturing and price variances, and providing key insights to operations and finance leadership to support annual roll‑up activities and cost accuracy. Design, maintain, and analyze ERP and operational data, ensuring data integrity, effective reporting, and seamless integration of information to support finance analysts and business objectives. Manage one direct report, providing guidance, oversight, and performance support. Participate in annual audits and special projects, working closely with internal teams and external auditors or consultants to provide required information and ensure accurate historical recordkeeping. What you need Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Public Accounting or equivalent). Minimum 4&#43; years of experience in Finance and Cost Accounting roles.
