AI Software Engineer, Agent Harness Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (or throughout India remote-friendly with travel) About EnCharge AI EnCharge AI is building the next generation AI platform. Our novel in-memory-computing architecture delivers a 10x step-function improvement in compute energy efficiency and performance for AI inference workloads. As the demands of artificial intelligence move beyond today's models, we believe fundamental underlying infrastructure must evolve. We are an experienced team of AI researchers, silicon & systems engineers, and architects backed by leading investors, poised to become the essential platform for the next wave of AI innovation. The Opportunity We serve open-weight models and our own bespoke checkpoints on EnCharge hardware. The models change often, and the harness around them needs to keep up. You own this layer that runs agents against files, tools, documents with permissions, memory, unattended execution, and real outputs. It will be assembled from a combination of open-source and bespoke code. Key Responsibilities Own the harness architecture end to end — agent loop, safe execution, context management, knowledge base, memory, permissions, orchestration, outputs, interfaces, observability — one component per layer, with clear interfaces so layers can be swapped. Build the pieces with no open-source equivalent e.g. session semantics, enforced permissions, memory in a human-editable file, orchestrator, and outputs. Keep pace with the models: adapters, prompt formats, tool-call schemas, stop conditions, benchmarking and evaluation. Make tool use reliable across models of uneven tool-calling quality — validation, repair, retries, fallbacks. Develop agents, tools, and MCP servers for internal and customer use cases, and review them for security before they ship. Build the evaluation harness: task suites, regression runs on every model or harness change, cost and latency per task alongside quality. Define the interfaces:

About Ema Ema is building the world’s leading Agentic AI platform to transform enterprise productivity. We enable organizations to delegate repetitive tasks to Ema, the Universal AI Employee, delivering 10x gains in workforce efficiency, across functions. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production — we ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. About the role As Ema scales, our corporate IT environment tools, access, devices, and compliance has outgrown an ownership-by-default model. We're hiring an IT Engineer to own it end to end. This is not a traditional helpdesk role. Ema is an agentic AI company, and we expect our own internal operations to reflect that. You'll run corporate IT while systematically automating it, using agentic tooling to remove the manual work rather than absorbing it. The measure of success in this role is how little of it remains manual after a year and every employee’s experience is great. What you'll do Agentic Workflows & Automation: Treat every recurring manual task as an automation candidate, extending existing systems and leveraging AI coding tools to design autonomous workflows. Automated Identity & Access: Shift JML lifecycles, including global employee onboarding, Okta/SCIM provisioning, and access reviews from ticket-driven processes to policy-driven automation. SaaS Lifecycle Automation: Programmatically maintain tool inventories, track utilization, and reclaim unused licenses automatically. Automated Endpoint Security: Manage fleet MDM while automating OS patching, encryption b

The Partner Development Senior Manager role involves driving and nurturing relationships with our System Integrator (SI) partners. Your primary objective is to strengthen and expand the collaboration between Snowflake and these partners to drive growth. In this role you will be responsible for growing the relationship with IBM in the Americas. The success of these partnerships is demonstrated by driving growth with our joint customers, delivering key Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, establishing critical executive relationships, enabling partners to grow their Snowflake competency, and delivering customer success. Your success depends on your ability to drive compelling business strategies, GTM motions and relationships with IBM. Someone has to meet those needs at the speed they arise. That's this role. As a lead learning experience designer, you'll own a fast-paced, high-volume learning design track focused on short, targeted, just-in-time courses — typically 15–45 minutes each, built in sprints of three weeks or less, shipping roughly 15+ courses per year. You'll build focused one-off courses that plug specific gaps: a new workflow, a role-specific skill, a tool that just shipped, an AI topic that can't wait for the next curriculum cycle. These courses are standalone, purpose-built, and often shorter-lived — responding to the moment. You'll work both proactively (scanning for emerging needs) and reactively (fielding requests from across the company and from customers). The pace is fast, the iteration cycles are tight, and the environment is dy
