Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of GTM roles (e.g., Account Executives, Enterprise Account Managers, and Business Development Representatives). Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with GTM hiring managers to deeply understand their business objectives, team dynamics, and specific hiring needs. Creative Sourcing: Actively source passive talent (LI recruiter, Juicebox etc.), specialized networks, and creative outbound strategies to build robust, diverse pipelines. Candidate Experience Champion: Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and inclusive candidate experience from initial outreach through to the offer stage. ATS Hygiene: Maintain impeccable data hygiene in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to ensure accurate reporting and seamless collaboration. Our downtown Chicago office is looking for a reliable and organized part-time Office Coordinator to help keep our downtown Chicago office running smoothly. This is a hands-on, part-time position focused on office organization, coordination, and general administrative support. We're looking for someone available to work 10–20 hours per week , with some flexibility around academic commitments. What You’ll Do Keep office supplies, shared spaces, and conference rooms organized. Order supplies and coordinate with vendors and building management. Receive mail, packages, deliveries, and occasional visitors. Prepare the office for meetings, team lunches, and small events. Organize documents, receipts, and office records. Assist with scheduling and other basic administrative tasks. Help identify and resolve routine office needs. Support occasional errands and special projects. Who You Are Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail. Comfortable taking initiative and working independently. Friendly and professional when communicating with others.
