Inventory Manager – High Value Devices Function: Operations – Asset & Inventory Control Inventory Type: High-Value Electronic Assets Tools Used: Manual Registers & Google Sheets Work Mode: On-site Role Overview The Inventory Manager will be responsible for end-to-end custody, tracking, and reconciliation of high-value inventory, primarily iPhones and related accessories such as SD cards and card readers. This role demands strict control, zero tolerance for mismatches, and complete documentation discipline. No inventory movement is allowed without entries, and physical stock must always tally with records. (Morning Shift - 7 am to 4 pm; Evening Shift - 4 pm to 2 am) Key Responsibilities 1. High-Value Inventory Ownership Take complete ownership of high-value devices and accessories . Ensure serial-number–level tracking for all devices. Maintain zero loss and zero undocumented movement . 2. Inward Inventory Management (IT → Inventory) Receive devices and accessories from the IT team. Verify: Quantity Serial numbers Physical condition Record all inward movements immediately in: Manual registers Google Sheets Escalate any mismatch, damage, or discrepancy without delay. 3. Outward Inventory Management (Inventory ↔ Field Ops) Hand over inventory from: Inventory to Field Ops (FO) Field Ops back to Inventory Ensure no item goes out without prior entry . Rig / Productivity Team - Intern Function: Operations – Rig Data Processing & Productivity Work Mode: On-site Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Role Overview The Rig / Productivity Team is responsible for ensuring that recorded field data is uploaded, reconciled, validated, and made ready for reuse. The role combines two critical functions: processing SD card data and reviewing recorded videos to determine whether the data is valid. The team ensures that every uploaded batch is accounted for, SD cards are returned to inventory within the expected turnaround time, and valid-data assessments are completed accurately. No shortcuts in data handling, no unexplained pending work, and no compromise on data quality. What You'll Own - Rig: Complete the upload-to-return cycle for SD cards, ensuring data is uploaded successfully before cards are formatted and returned to inventory. - Productivity: Review recorded videos and accurately determine valid vs. invalid data. - Maintain complete visibility of pending work, turnaround time, and any data-related issues. - Ensure that every batch is processed in the correct sequence and that no data is skipped or misrepresented.
