Role Overview An Internal Coordinator (IC) owns the day-to-day running of field data collection for a single region. Each IC leads a team of Field Officers (FOs) who carry recording rigs(hardware) into partner businesses, set them up correctly, and capture high-quality task recordings. The IC is the operational nerve center of the region: planning the day's pipeline, keeping FOs productive in the field, solving problems live, ensuring recording quality and diversity rules are met, tracking inventory (rigs and SD cards) in and out, and reporting hours planned vs. achieved with clear loss reasons at end of day.
