Position Summary Omnicare is a leading provider of pharmacy services to long-term care facilities nationwide, supporting skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other institutional care settings. As we transition to an independent, standalone organization, we are building and strengthening internal capabilities to support our approximately 6,000 colleagues and multi-state operations. The Omnicare Air Support team provides 24/7 pharmacy support to long-term care dispensing pharmacies nationwide. As an Air Support Pharmacist, you will play an important role in helping ensure medication orders are reviewed accurately, clinically appropriately, and in a timely manner to support safe and efficient delivery to customers. We are seeking a pharmacist who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires a commitment to quality, service, compliance, and collaboration. Primary Responsibilities Verify medication orders entered by technician staff for accuracy, completeness, and clinical appropriateness Review new and refill orders to ensure safe and appropriate medication therapy Identify and address drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food, and allergy-related concerns Document pharmacist interventions and related actions

This is a full-time weekend evening position, 40 hours per week, with a schedule that includes three weekdays and every Saturday and Sunday. The shift is 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Ideal candidates will hold a current, unrestricted license in CT, GA, NC, ND, NJ, NY, PA, SC, SD, VA, WI, WV. If hired, candidates must be willing and able to obtain additional licensure as needed. The Minute Clinic Virtual Care Nurse Practitioner (Provider) delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Dedicated virtual care providers must meet minimum requirements for remote care delivery, including: broadband connectivity, a quiet setting with a neutral background to conduct visits from, and the ability to uphold patient privacy per CVSH guidelines. Ability to hardwire into connection preferred. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to interact with customers in a remote manner, site, write, operate the computer and phone, speak intelligibly, and hear patient responses.
