We are seeking Engineering Managers to join our Enterprise engineering pillar, focused on scaling product experiences for our biggest customers. We currently have openings on: The Admin & Governance Team: As AI becomes central to Airtable, enterprise customers need governance controls that let them adopt AI confidently, with granular feature enablement, capability-based restrictions, and full admin visibility. The Admin & Governance team is building that control plane – the AI Governance framework that gives admins those controls at every level of the enterprise. This work builds on the team's deep ownership of Airtable's enterprise trust infrastructure: the Admin Panel, SSO, audit systems, and User Groups that power governance for our largest customers. We're looking for a leader who can drive the AI Governance roadmap, scale the team's existing enterprise trust systems, and directly unblock adoption for our largest customers.
