About the Role & Team Every AI insight, every experiment, every cohort at Amplitude starts with a query. Our in-house OLAP engine, Nova , processes trillions of events in real time — turning raw behavioral data into fast, trustworthy answers that power decisions for thousands of product teams worldwide. We're entering a world where AI agents don't just assist product teams — they ship features, run experiments, and make prioritization calls autonomously. What makes that possible is agents' ability to verify their work against real product data continuously. That makes Nova the critical infrastructure in the loop, and as non-stop agents become the main source of queries, the demand on Nova's throughput, correctness, and operational rigor grows dramatically. We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who wants to go deep on the engine internals and the infrastructure underneath. You'll own significant components of a modern OLAP system — across query execution, columnar storage and encoding, distributed compute, caching, and cloud infrastructure — and drive meaningful improvements to performance, cost-efficiency, and reliability. You'll grow your technical influence through the quality of your code, your design contributions, and your collaboration with other engineers on a team of ~10. This role is ideal for someone who finds real satisfaction in making a complex distributed system faster, cheaper, and more reliable — and who wants to do that work on a system that directly powers the product experience for thousands of enterprise customers. What You'll Do Build and improve core query engine components Contribute across Nova's query execution engine and distributed compute layer: query planning, columnar storage formats, encoding and compression, caching, and cluster-level resource management. Implement new capabilities as Nova expands to support more warehouse-imported data types, such as metrics, profiles, and dimensions. Help ensure Nova's components support

Amplitude is moving fast, from product analytics to an AI-native platform with agents embedded across the product, used by over 4,700 companies. We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a contradiction to complain about, keep reading. What you'll do Build the team. Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing design team, identifying people who will thrive and raise the bar at Amplitude. Develop them through direct, specific feedback. Help someone who's stuck get moving again. Set direction. Drive the design strategy for Amplitude's product suite: Core Amplitude, Statsig, and Wave (a proactive agent that helps teams build self-improving products). Help define how agents and humans work together in the same workflows. Champion craft. Strong visual design builds trust, clarity, and delight in the era of AI. Lead by example, elevating the quality of the product through exceptional design execution. Hold a high bar. AI makes it cheap to ship UI changes, which makes it easy for quality to erode quietly. Set a clear standard for what good looks like and enforce it without becoming an approval bottleneck. Stay in production. You believe that “the design” is what ships. Code is the material that brings the design to life. Push on the details, the papercuts, the edge cases. Speak for the customer. Show up in leadership

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the role We're looking for an engineer to drive the evolution of OrioleDB and its collaboration with the upstream PostgreSQL community. OrioleDB is a next-generation storage engine for PostgreSQL, and this role sits at the intersection of database internals, open source community work, and Supabase's managed Postgres platform. This role requires strong working overlap with Americas time zones due to production support and on-call responsibilities. What you'll work on New OrioleDB features. Design and implement new capabilities in OrioleDB — for example, native index access methods (GiST, GIN, HNSW for pgvector), disaster recovery tooling, and other storage-engine-level features that expand what OrioleDB can do. Stability. Strengthen OrioleDB's reliability through deeper test coverage, fault injection, crash and recovery testing, and improvements to CI infrastructure. Ensure regressions are caught early and that OrioleDB behaves predictably under stress, replication, and failure scenarios. Upstream collaboration. Contribute changes directly to PostgreSQL core. Part of OrioleDB lives as a patch on top of PostgreSQL — moving the right pieces upstream shrinks what we maintain ourselves and benefits the wider community. This happens through PostgreSQL's open development process: the pgsql-hackers mailing list, public code review, and commitfests. Supabase integration. Work with Supabase's Postgres team to ensure OrioleDB fits naturally into Supabase's managed offering and roadmap. You Will: Design, implement, and test new OrioleDB features and integrate them cleanly with PostgreSQL's planner, executor, and surrounding subsystems. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Security Engineer to join our team and help strengthen how security is built into Supabase’s products, platform, and engineering workflows as we continue to scale. You’ll work closely with software engineers, infrastructure teams, and technical leadership , helping us proactively reduce risk earlier in the development lifecycle and ship securely by default. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions. Success in this role means improving the security posture of the product without becoming a blocker to speed, autonomy, or builder velocity. What You’ll Own In this role, you’ll: Identify and close gaps across application security, secure design review, and vulnerability management. Conduct threat modeling, secure design reviews, and code reviews to identify practical remediation paths. Partner closely with engineering teams to provide product-focused security expertise and shape a modern security program. Mature how we think about security in a developer-first environment, balancing pragmatism with strong technical judgment. Distinguish between theoretical risk and material business risk to prioritize security efforts effectively. Improve security posture through scalable mechanisms like tooling, automation, secure defaults, and developer-friendly guardrails. Support security incident response by helping triage, investigate, and coordinate remediation for product and platform security issues. Participate in security on-call rotations, helping respond to urgent security events with clear judgment and calm execution. Help manage and mature our bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure processes, including triage, validation, prioritization, and coordination with engineering teams. Supabase is the open-source Postgres development platform that 7M+ developers and thousands of enterprises depend on every day. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager, Marketplace to join our Product Team to lead our marketplace and integration surfaces. The marketplace is the two-sided surface of the Supabase ecosystem. On one side, Partners and developers build integrations on top of Supabase primitives like Auth, Storage, and Edge Functions, then publish them for the world to use. On the other, our developers come to discover new capabilities and wire them into their projects without leaving their workflow. Done well, it is the shortest path between a developer with a problem and the exact capability that solves it. That surface is about to matter more than ever. As the number of capabilities explodes, and as agents begin to assemble software on a developer's behalf, the marketplace becomes the distribution and discovery layer for the whole ecosystem: how both developers and, increasingly, their agents find, trust, and compose what they need. This role owns it. What you'll be responsible for: Own the product strategy and roadmap for the marketplace, the two-sided surface where Partners and developers publish integrations and where Supabase's developer customers discover and install them. Make it effortless for a developer to find the right capability and integrate it. Own discovery, search, listings, and the whole path from install to working integration, so a new capability connects to Supabase primitives and runs inside a developer's project with minimal glue code. Make publishing an integration fast and rewarding, so Partners and developers bring their best work to the marketplace and keep it current, and so the catalog stays deep where developers need it.
