Ce poste est axé sur la planification financière, la modélisation des réponses aux appels d'offres et l'analyse stratégique. Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expertise en modélisation financière, un grand souci du détail, un esprit d'initiative et une capacité à évoluer efficacement dans un contexte d'incertitude. Doté d'une mentalité d'amélioration continue, il contribuera à la prise de décisions stratégiques chez Lyft. Outre l'analyse en appui à la prise de décision stratégique, ce poste comprendra également la gestion et le reporting des clôtures financières. Responsabilités: Responsabilité des activités principales de planification et d'analyse financières (FP&A) : budgétisation, prévisions, analyse des écarts et reporting financier mensuel pour la direction. Soutien aux processus de clôture mensuelle : rapprochement des réalisations avec le budget, identification et explication des écarts, validation des provisions, coordination avec la comptabilité. Synthèse des données financières issues de sources multiples (Oracle, systèmes de gestion de flotte, données de compte de résultat) en modèles clairs et bien documentés. Maintien et amélioration des modèles de prévision financière et des processus de reporting. Identification et mise en œuvre d'améliorations de processus pour réduire les interventions manuelles, accroître l'automatisation et améliorer la précision et la transparence des données.
