Here’s a summary of the role: Every enterprise deal reaches the moment where someone in security says “prove it.” You’re the person who answers — quickly, accurately, and with the evidence to back it up. As an Analyst II on our Trust & Assurance team, you’ll own a live queue of security questionnaires, third-party due diligence assessments, RFP security sections and customer assurance requests. You’ll draft at speed using AI-assisted response tooling, then verify every answer against our approved answer library, current SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and the underlying evidence before it leaves your hands. Accuracy is the whole game here: a wrong answer in a customer questionnaire is a commitment we didn’t mean to make. The best part is that you won’t just work the queue — you’ll shrink it. Every recurring question you turn into a published answer on our trust site is a ticket that never comes back. If you’ve spent two to four years in security GRC, compliance, IT audit or customer assurance, you’re precise under volume, and you like being measured on turnaround time and first-pass accuracy, you’ll do well here. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Own a high-volume queue of security questionnaires, due diligence assessments, RFP security sections and assurance requests, delivering accurate responses within SLA. Use AI-assisted response tooling to draft at speed, then verify every answer against the approved answer library, current certifications and underlying evidence before it goes out. Triage and route incoming requests using established playbooks — resolving the routine independently and escalating anything novel, contractual or architecturally complex. Maintain and expand the answer library by adding approved answers, retiring stale ones and flagging inconsistencies, so the same question never has to be researched twice. Build out trust site and customer-facing content, and show commercial teams how to

About Scale Scale’s mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world’s most important decisions. As the leading AI data foundry, we provide the high-quality data and full-stack technologies that power the world’s most advanced models — fueling breakthroughs in generative AI, defense, and autonomous vehicles. We partner with leading enterprises and governments to bring AI into production that performs when it matters most, combining rigorous evaluation with full-stack deployment so our customers can build AI they can trust. About the Team Applied Intelligence Systems (AIS) is part of the Scale Generative AI Platform (SGP), focused on pushing the frontier of what agentic applications can do across diverse enterprise and government use cases. We build the infrastructure and tooling that power agentic AI in production, paired with applied ML research, design, and evaluation to ensure these systems perform reliably at the scale our customers demand. AIS spans multiple workstreams — agent evaluation and oversight, orchestration and tool-use infrastructure, model and systems optimization, and applied research on new agent capabilities — and this role is not scoped to any single one of them. We’re growing fast, with increasing traction across both commercial and public sector customers, and we’re just getting started — this team will define what dependable, production-grade agentic AI looks like. About the Role As a Staff Machine Learning Research Engineer, you will operate across the full breadth of AIS’s technical needs — wherever the hardest ML problem in agentic AI happens to be that quarter. This could mean training and fine-tuning models, designing evaluation and observability systems, building improvement loops from production data, prototyping novel agent architectures, or designing internal systems and tooling that boost productivity across teams. You’re not tied to one team’s roadmap; you’re expected to move to where the technical leverage is highest, and t

MeltPlan | Planning Engine for the Built Environment MeltPlan is building the “planning engine” for the $14 Tn construction industry, an AI system designed specifically to optimize decisions before construction begins. While design software optimizes use and aesthetics and construction software optimizes execution and control, MeltPlan is building the missing layer - software that optimizes decisions and tradeoffs upstream, before scope is locked, procurement begins, and change orders become inevitable. MeltPlan’s long-term goal is to help teams make construction “boring” by making planning more intense: surfacing constraints and tradeoffs early, aligning stakeholders before plans are frozen, and reducing the need for late-stage redlines, rework, and change orders. MeltPlan is founded by operators who have built at scale. Kanav previously co-founded Innovaccer, a $3Bn health-tech company focused on making US healthcare more affordable and accessible. He’s now applying that systems-level thinking to construction. He’s joined by Tanmaya Kala, former Project Executive at DPR Construction, who led large commercial, healthcare, and life sciences projects. We combine deep tech scale with real construction execution. What This Role Really Is We are hiring a UI Engineering Lead with minimum 10 years of work exp , to drive frontend architecture scalable UI systems, and user experience across internal and external applications. The role involves building modern web applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Vite, and TailwindCSS, while leading reusable component development and microfrontend architecture using Module Federation. You will work closely with product and engineering teams, integrate Firebase services, and ensure frontend quality through Playwright and Vitest testing frameworks. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in frontend engineering, scalable design systems, and modern UI architecture. What You’ll Do Build and maintain scalable frontend
