About the Role Mixpanel is growing in Europe. We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market presence in the DACH region, translating what works in our core markets into programs that resonate locally, in German. You'll be the person who bridges our London-based marketing team and the German-speaking market: running events, supporting multi-channel campaigns and making sure DACH buyers hear from us in a way that feels native, not translated. Over time, you'll help us build the infrastructure to advertise and nurture this market in German at scale. How This Role Fits the Organization This role sits within EMEA regional marketing, reporting directly to the Head of EMEA Marketing. You'll work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional partners, particularly the DACH commercial team and central marketing functions. This role works alongside them day to day, sharing campaign briefs, aligning on upcoming programs, and making sure marketing activity converts into pipeline that actually gets worked. On the central marketing side, this role partners closely with marketing operations, who own campaign setup, lead routing, and success measurement, to ensure seamless execution and representation. It also partners with revenue marketing, who own the paid advertising infrastructure, to help extend that capability into German over time Responsibilities Market Intelligence Develop a working knowledge of the DACH digital analytics landscape: key personas, competitor presence, buyer objections, and what good messaging

By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Role Not a technical role, despite 'architect' in the title, this is relationship and strategy work, not engineering. Customer success, account management, or consulting backgrounds are a better fit than technical ones. You will build the executive relationships and strategic plans that make Mixpanel indispensable to how your customers build products. Responsibilities Connect mixpanel to customer value Own our value workstream with customers - understanding the business challenges that led them to buy Mixpanel, how they measure the ROI of their investment, and ensuring that they achieve that ROI by working across the customers’ teams and collaborating internally with other Mixpanel teams. Build and own relationships across business and technical stakeholders, including executive sponsors, aligning Mixpanel's capabilities to customers' highest-priority goals. Develop and execute success plans that map customer business objectives to adoption milestones and measurable outcomes. Smartsheet
📍 San Jose, CR• Full-time
1mo ago

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. Smartsheet is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead sourcing and contracting across our IT, Security, Product, and Engineering organizations. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility area: you’ll manage a high volume of concurrent, often complex agreements, and much of what you source feeds directly into how we build, secure, and ship our product—so the commercial and risk decisions you own carry real downstream impact. This is not a transactional buying role. You analyze markets, negotiate terms, manage renewals, identify process improvements, and shape category strategy. You escalate thoughtfully, knowing which decisions you own versus when business leadership should weigh in, and you’re accountable for outcomes: if sourcing stalls, if a vendor relationship breaks down, or if contract terms miss the mark, that lands with you. This is a senior individual contributor role with manager-level accountability and no direct reports. You’ll partner closely with technical stakeholders, Legal, and Finance to move work through the pipeline while maintaining strong commercial and risk discipline, and you’ll help mature how procurement operates as our function and tooling evolve. This role reports to a Senior Procurement Manager located in the US. This role is eligible for remote work within Costa Rica. You must reside in Costa Rica. You Will:</
