The Senior Manager – ESG will be responsible for driving ESG governance, sustainability performance, disclosure readiness, and responsible business practices across the Copper Manufacturing Complex. The role will support the ESG Head in translating ESG priorities into measurable plant-level initiatives covering environment, social responsibility, governance, climate action, resource efficiency, community interface, and statutory / voluntary reporting requirements. The incumbent is expected to develop strong cross-functional exposure, manage ESG data systems, coordinate operations and enabling functions, strengthen audit and assurance preparedness, and build capability to take larger ESG leadership responsibilities for the manufacturing complex.
