Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in US Construction Quantity Takeoffs . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Grading, Site Utilities, Concrete, and Rebar while also possessing a good understanding of other CSI divisions and overall project scope. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings. Perform detailed takeoffs for: Grading Site Utilities Concrete Reinforcement (Rebar) Review architectural, structural, civil, and specification documents. Identify missing scope, drawing discrepancies, and RFI items. Prepare BOQs and quantity summaries. Coordinate with the preconstruction team to meet bid deadlines.
